The Admission Process of school starts from the month of April every year. Admission holders 1st register the admission by enquiring on telephone, mobile or by visiting the school with their wards. After declaration of the result of admission, the holder approaches the school with necessary documents mentioned in the prospectus in the month of May. The admission holder must submit the filled application by themselves personally in the school with fees.
Parent’s Guide :1) For the emergency expenses parents may deposit an amount of 3000/- on the wards account at Patsanstha. 2) Concession will be only applied for Army, CRPF, Defense Service person awards. 3) There will be no refund in the case of admission cancellation. 4) The amount of fees must be deposited by cash / D.D. before the school start session. Fees must be paid into office of the school & collect the Receipt 5) All the things which need your wards are available in the vitran Kendra which parents have to purchase themselves. 6) Educational stationery parents / students have to purchase from the store. 7) After the vacation students have to report on the given date if not reported the fine of 50/- per day will be charged. |
Rules and Regulation :
1) At the time of visit to the wards parents must register their name, relation with wards in the register of the main gate.
2) Parents must take out get passes from the school office the approach to the hostel without get pass their will be no permission to visit the wards.
3) Parents only come on the particular parent’s visit day. There will be no permission granted instead of parent day to meet wards
4) In case any parents come to the school instead of parent day they have to submit their identity on the main gate.
5) in the case of any parents taking wards out of the campus for any reason they should report within 5 P.M. to the hostel.
6) Office working time duration is 9:00 A.M. To 05:30 P.M.
7) For the parents there is no permission to stay in the hostel with students at night. There is an affordable arrangement in nominal fees. For the guest house for the parents.
8) Don’t keep Mobile / Ipad & other sedentary things at the time of reporting at the hostel. If found they will be seized.
9) Parents must be informed to school by hand written about their wards, medical history, habits or any ailments in two copies.
10) for the competitions and other exams if students want to appear the all expenses must be done by parents.
11) If wards are injured during playing on the ground or in any competitions the responsibilities of expenses will be on parents.
12) Military discipline is strictly compulsory for all students .
13) We focus on basic Military Training as our school is run on Military Pattern . in the training period the events like run of 02 K.M., Night March, visit to Military Training Camp, Workshop , Horse Riding, Cycling , obstacles, Boating , Parachute Jumping , Pilot Training, Driving, various demonstrations, Mallkhamb, Judo-Karate has been taken by the school during this training session if ward gate injured / fatal injuries will be there so by the parents there will be a letter of undertaking have to submit by the parents to the head of the section.
14) In the case of Natural Calamities, Accidents or injuries due to the electricity or water. If it happens with wards the responsibilities will be on wards and parents.
